We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, and Maestro credit and debit cards. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided.

First-time orders must also be sent to the cardholder's billing address or work address. This process is not only for your security but so we can verify your details independently. To ensure that you don't experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED AND DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from SANIA MASKATIYA to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered.

A signature requirement can be waived for packages delivered by (Fed Ex and Blue Ex), however, you will still be required to sign for all international order.

CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.

However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. If you need to make any amendments, please call customer care at 21-35242542

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

RECEIVING YOUR RMA

If you wish to return an item, a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number should be requested online within 14 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

Making a return for a refund, store credit, or exchange is easy using either our Domestic Returns or International Returns service. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving an RMA. For full details on how to return your purchase see our Returns & Exchanges policy.

EXCHANGES

Please note you can only exchange items for a different size, based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.

Shipping is complementary on the replacement item, but exchanges made to destinations outside of the U.S. will be processed for customs clearance and therefore any relevant import duty and tax charges will apply. See costs for Shipping and Returns.

OUR POLICY

Items should be returned unused and with all SANIA MASKATIYA and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

Please email info@SaniaMaskatiya.com if any of your purchases have been delivered without SANIA MASKATIYA tags.

All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to allow easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
